Over two decades, their partnership has weathered storms, rebuilt communities, and grown into what is now Prime Hospitality Group — a collection of successful restaurant and hospitality concepts across the Gulf South.

From their first venture, WOW Café & Wingery, which they courageously reopened after Hurricane Katrina, to PJ’s Coffee of Chalmette, Après Lounge, and the acclaimed Desi Vega’s Steakhouse – Northshore, Shawn and Shane have built a legacy defined by resilience, community, and heart.

Now, that same dedication to excellence and hospitality comes to Ocean Springs, where coastal charm meets refined dining.
